We understand the importance of clear and transparent allergen information. We are committed to sharing accurate details about our products and their ingredients. While we take steps to ensure the quality and consistency of every item, we recommend that customers always review the product packaging and ingredient list prior to use, especially if they have any specific dietary sensitivities or allergy concerns.
Frantoio Franci's single-estate Tuscan EVOO is allergen-free—no known allergens per EU/UK labeling regs (Regulation 1169/2011). As pure cold-pressed olive oil (100% olives, no additives), it's safe for tree nut, gluten, dairy, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, or sesame sensitivities. Olives are fruits, not nuts—zero cross-contamination in our BRC/IFS-certified supply chain.

At F&R Imports, we source premium Tuscan EVOO from Frantoio Franci to deliver excellence straight from Montenero d'Orcia to your table. We stand behind every bottle, but as a perishable food product, our returns focus on unopened items for safety and quality. Our policy complies with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, offering more than the legal 14-day cooling-off period.
What Can You Return?

Description
A single-variety expression; clear varietal personality with fresh vegetal notes.
Tasting profile: Focused, varietal aroma: fresh and vegetal with green leaves, artichoke heart and a delicate floral or almond trace. The profile is more “focused” than blends; you taste the cultivar.
Composition & intensity: Monocultivar oil (single-variety); designed to highlight the intrinsic flavours of one olive variety.
Ideal uses: Best used raw to showcase the cultivar: finishing salads, mushroom soups, grilled fish and delicate carpaccios. Ideal wherever you want a distinct varietal note to be obvious on the plate.
Pairing suggestions: Fresh tomato and burrata, carpaccio, seared scallops, delicate cheese, salads with shaved fennel or mushrooms.
Cooking tips: Avoid high heat to preserve varietal aromas; use as a finishing oil or for low-temperature preparations. A few drops on soft cheeses or vegetables unlocks the cultivar’s character.
Storage & serving: Keep sealed, cool and out of light. Decant to a small cruet for table use to preserve the bulk bottle.
